The course will cover:- How to define accountability in a way that is clear
- How to lead by example with accountability
- How to identify the root cause of the poor performance
- How to address the poor performance in a way that motivates folks to do better
About the speaker: Gretchen Richards, Dynamic Business Capabilities
Gretchen Richards has worked with growing businesses for decades helping them with practical management practices for building teams, corporate practices and quality service delivery. She has worked for technology, consulting and professional services, government contracting, and financial services companies.
