Healthy Living Habits as We Age: Tips From the Latest Research
Our brains are capable of producing new brain cells at any age, so significant memory loss is not an inevitable result of aging. Your lifestyle, habits and daily activities have a huge impact on the health of your brain.
We all know someone with dementia or a caregiver. What we may not know is the tremendous impact dementia has on their lives and everything surrounding them.
Join us and learn how to recognize common signs of Alzheimer's and dementia and learn what symptoms to look for in yourself and others. We'll also share the latest research information providing insights into how to make lifestyle choices that may help keep your brain and body healthy as you age. These simple tips will help you incorporate recommendations into a plan for healthy living and aging.
