About the speaker:
Laura Sharon, Principal of Imperative Dimensions, Inc. and a Relationship Manager for TrainingPros, Inc.--is a seasoned performance improvement consultant and professional coach with more than 30 years of professional experience. She has an extensive background and expertise in the areas of , leadership development, organizational change, business process improvement, interpersonal communications, front-end performance analysis and assessment, training design and delivery, and program evaluation. She also has expertise in the area of executive meeting design and facilitation, chronic disease prevention and health promotion, and human behavior change.
Laura earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Connecticut College and her Master's Degree in Health Education from the University of Maryland. She is a certified Dare to Lead and Daring Way Facilitator (CDWF), holds a Master's Certificate in Project Management from George Washington University, and is a Kirkpatrick Certified Facilitator.
