Randy ClarkePresident and CEO, Synertex LLC
Synertex started in 2017 and is in the process of transitioning from a small to mid-tier business. Before Synetrtex, Mr. Clarke was one of three founding partners for Cyberspace Solutions LLC. Mr. Clarke spent over two decades supporting the Department of Defense (DoD) and Intelligence Communities (IC), culminating as a Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer for L-3 Communications Intelligence Solutions Division.
Peter FishPartner, Reston Law Group, LLP
Mr. Fish began his career as a corporate and securities attorney with the Washington D.C. office of a national law firm. He has spent roughly half of his legal career as a general counsel or senior counsel for large publicly traded government contractors. He has special expertise assisting government contractors with a broad variety of matters from mergers and acquisitions, certifications and qualification for participation in small and disadvantaged business programs administered by the U.S. Small Business Administration, review and drafting of teaming agreements, subcontracts, joint venture agreements, and mentor protégé agreements. He also advises clients on specific issues that arise in the context of prime-sub relationships and responding to government solicitations/RFPs

Partner, Government Contractors Group - Gross Mendelsohn
Dan Larson, EA, a partner in the firm's Government Contractors Group, helps government contractors navigate compliance, tax and accounting issues. He assists with the development of program strategies, compliance risk recommendations, contract pricing, cost accounting structures, and meeting DCAA and DCMA needs. He also provides business planning and monthly financials.
