Resourceful Women's third workshop continues along the theme of "Digital Storytelling." The interactive workshop will shed light on why storytelling is a critical leadership and business skill and provide specific examples of how to elevate your storytelling. Attendees will learn how to craft authentic and high-impact stories for yourself and your business. We are excited to have two engaging speakers and storytellers, Jen Dalton, Founder of BrandMirror, and Frank DiBartolomeo, President of DiBartolomeo Consulting International (DCI), LLC. Jen and Frank will share their insights on how to deliver powerful stories across many platforms and walk attendees through how to prepare and deliver high impact stories in key situations.

Jen Dalton, BrandMirror
Jen Dalton has over 15 years' experience in brand strategy. In 2012, she launched BrandMirror, becoming a certified master personal brand strategist. She has spoken to and coached thousands of individuals and entrepreneurs about how to stand out. She specializes in helping leaders increase their visibility and impact. Frank DiBartolomeo, DCI
Frank DiBartolomeo is a retired U.S. Air Force Lieutenant Colonel. His expertise as an engineer and technical leader in the military and industry led to a variety of leadership assignments as a program manager and senior systems engineer including assignments at the Air Force Research Laboratory, the Pentagon, and, in industry, as the Deputy Lead Engineer on a 300-person national
security program.

Frank is also an award-winning speaker, presentation and interview skills coach, and Professional Member of the National Speakers Association. He has developed and honed his extensive public speaking abilities over his 40-year career, both in military service, as a contractor, and business owner. Because of his outstanding work in the field of public speaking and leadership, in 2002, Frank was awarded Toastmasters International's highest individual award - Distinguished Toastmaster (DTM).

He formed DiBartolomeo Consulting International (DCI), LLC in 2007. The mission of DCI is to help technical professionals to inspire, motivate, and influence their colleagues and other technical professionals through improving their presentation skills, communication, and personal presence.
