Resiliency is a frequently used term, but you can't simply tell someone to be more resilient. Many factors influence our ability to navigate professional and personal challenges, including our sense of purpose, physical and mental well-being, life circumstances, and the available support network. While there is a place for projecting strength and clarity, as leaders, we must also recognize the power of sharing our vulnerability and acting as role models for those around us.
