Together, we grant LIFE CHANGING wishes to children with critical illnesses.

Make-A-Wish Mid-Atlantic® grants transformative wishes to children battling critical illnesses in Maryland, D.C. and northern Virginia. Established in 1983, the Mid-Atlantic chapter has fulfilled over 11,500 wishes across the region since its founding. We serve children aged 2 ½ to 18 who are diagnosed with critical conditions. Regardless of the child's gender, race, religion or socio-economic status, we ensure their wishes come true.
Wishes, and the hope they bring to everyone involved, change everything – even you. This hope is essential for children with critical illnesses.
