View Personal BioJacqui OlkinJacqui has 20+ years of experience consulting to corporations, associations, not-for-profits, and government agencies. She worked in publishing and communications before founding Olkin Communications Consulting in 2004. Jacqui holds a B.A. with honors from Brown University and an M.A. from Boston University.
Jacqui received an Emmy Award as project editor and coauthor of the multimedia “Biography Project for Schools” with A&E Networks and has been the user experience (UX) strategy lead on multiple award-winning websites.
In addition to running her consulting business, Jacqui founded and serves as the president of a 501c3 charitable nonprofit called Rides for Refugees. The organization provides cars to low-income refugees so they can get to work and become self-reliant. Rides for Refugees is also a Greater Reston Chamber member.
