Kimberly, founder and head yogi of Rock n Flow Yoga®, revolutionizes event-based yoga with her dynamic blend of invigorating sequences and eclectic music. A certified Vinyasa, Yoga Sculpt, and Stand-Up Paddle Board Yoga (SUP) instructor, she’s recognized for her innovative teaching style and dedication to quality and sustainability, underscored by her role as a Manduka ambassador. Fun Fact: In 2019, Kimberly became the first yogi in the Washington Metropolitan Area to lead yoga classes at the Lincoln Memorial, a testament to her passion and commitment to making yoga accessible and memorable.
