Signature Events

Each year, chamber members recognize those organizations which have greatly served our business community by nominating them for a valued ACE Awards. Celebrate these annual achievements, network with your business partners, and recognize the Chamber’s end of year corporate activities, including affirmation of its board of directors.

Ethics Day is the Greater Reston Chamber’s annual collaboration with faculty and student body of South Lakes High School. This event is a day-long retreat for the South Lakes High senior class. Corporate partners, community volunteers, and Chamber leaders facilitate a series of workshops, presenting students a variety of personal and business ethical dilemmas. The result is an experience that is equally enriching for our community partners as it is for the dynamic future leaders they engage with.

The Fairfax County Valor Awards, founded in 1979, is an annual recognition of the men and women of our local first responders’ community. Members of our police, sheriffs, and fire and rescue departments are honored for their extraordinary actions in going above and beyond the call of duty in service.

The Greater Reston Chamber partners with the YMCA Fairfax County – Reston to showcase wellness organizations within our community. Coinciding with the September Networking Night, the event allows Chamber members to learn about the beneficial products and services these health professionals provide. A unique opportunity to promote your organization in person to Chamber members.

Jingle & Jazz is the final networking event of the Greater Reston Chamber’s calendar year. Celebrate a successful year of business engagement with your Chamber colleagues. This event offers a taste of local restaurants,  signature cocktails, raffle prizes, a live Jazz Band that creates an unforgettably enjoyable atmosphere. 

The Northern Virginia B2G Matchmaking Conference & Small Business Expo has supported the local government contracting community since 2012. This half-day event brings hundreds of small businesses together with contract officers representing dozens of federal agencies and prime contractors. The event also features our Small Business Expo for attendees to engage with important service providers. B2G also features a host of educational workshops and keynote remarks from prominent industry leaders.

The Chamber’s annual golf tournament is a fun and relaxed way to entertain clients or to reward your company’s VIPs. The scramble format allows for a brisk pace of play and makes the event accessible to players of all skill levels. The event concludes with a buffet-style reception with awards, raffle drawings, and a silent auction.
